By accessing and using GetMyAIPhoto ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

GetMyAIPhoto provides AI-powered photo enhancement services that transform casual photos into professional headshots. The Service includes:

• Photo upload functionality
• AI-based image processing and enhancement
• Professional headshot generation
• Image download capabilities

3. User Obligations

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Upload only photos for which you have the right to use and process
• Not upload photos containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service

4. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant GetMyAIPhoto a limited license to process, store, and modify your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Generated images are provided to you under a non-exclusive license for your personal and commercial use.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, uploaded photos and generated images are automatically deleted from our servers after 7 days in the current phase. We reserve the right to modify this retention period with appropriate notice.

6. Payment Terms

GetMyAIPhoto offers paid services for high-resolution photo downloads:

• Pricing: $1.99 USD per high-resolution photo download
• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through Stripe
• What You Receive: High-resolution image (1024px width) without watermark, delivered via email and direct download
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@getmyaiphoto.com for assistance

By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

GetMyAIPhoto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Specific quality or results of generated images
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetMyAIPhoto and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
